  • Due to the custom nature of our helmets, refunds are generally not offered unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
  • If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

2. Non-Refundable Situations

  • Refunds will not be issued for reasons such as change of mind or incorrect sizing due to customer error.
  • Products showing signs of wear or alterations are not eligible for refunds.
